We are excited to announce an incredible wine dinner with 100 Acre Winery, and Gennaro Villella for our first wine dinner of 2024. Hundred Acre is one of the most iconic wineries in Napa Valley.

Amuse Bouche: Grade A tuna tartar, quail’s egg, caviar “Prestige”, cucumber coulis
1st: Maine lobster, fava beans, leeks and burrata W/ Summer Dreams Sauvignon Blanc 2021
2nd: Ricotta bufala gnocchi, fontina fondue, black truffle, crispy sage W/ Morgan's Way 2017
Main: Braised and glazed veal cheek, aged Carnaroli saffron-fennel risotto, Cabernet Sauvignon reduction W/ Ark Vineyard 2017
Dessert: Sangiovese glazed William’s Pears, Cinnamon, Mascarpone and Gorgonzola ‘dolce’ cream W/ Fortunate Son Warrior 2019
